The design is anchored by a breathtaking 150-foot grand corridor, where we utilized book-matched Italian marble flooring accented with intricate, hand-polished brass inlays that act as a gilded compass, guiding the eye toward the distant horizon. To evoke an atmosphere of celestial luxury, we implemented soaring triple-height ceilings adorned with cascading, multi-tiered crystal chandeliers and a sophisticated network of integrated cove lighting. This luminous choreography creates a warm, ethereal glow that remains perfectly consistent throughout the day, shifting subtly to match the natural circadian rhythm of the environment. Every element of this hotel interior design project—from the rich, velvet-lined seating alcoves and hand-carved feature walls to the crystalline glass partitions—was meticulously curated to offer an immersive, five-star experience that commands global attention and sets a definitive new benchmark for hospitality in the region.

Junaid Mughal personally championed the strategic investment of 85,000,000 PKR, streamlining the global procurement of rare, high-grade materials and directly supervising the technical execution of the complex marble masonry and intelligent lighting systems. While a project of this immense scale and technical complexity typically mandates an industry-standard nine-month fit-out and finishing phase, Junaid Mughal’s veteran leadership allowed the team to shatter those expectations. Under his rigorous direction, the JM Architects team completed the entire hotel interior design project in just four and a half months. By handing over the keys ten weeks ahead of the projected schedule, Junaid Mughal proved that through expert architectural vision and disciplined operational velocity, the most ambitious commercial dreams can be manifested into a physical reality with flawless precision.
