For this expansive restaurant renovation project, our objective was to strip away the dated architectural constraints of the past and replace them with a fluid, open-concept design that prioritizes atmospheric grandeur and effortless guest circulation. The renovation involved a complete overhaul of the interior spatial flow, where we created double-height dining halls with integrated mezzanine levels that connect seamlessly with high-end lounge areas. To elevate the aesthetic to a global luxury standard, we introduced a refined material palette consisting of book-matched white marble flooring, custom-integrated walnut wall paneling, and shadow-gap ceiling details that hide specialized high-volume ventilation systems for a clean, minimalist finish.

The client invested 22,000,000 PKR into this total modernization, covering everything from advanced MEP and commercial-grade kitchen upgrades to the final artisanal polish. While the industry standard for a top-tier culinary renovation of this magnitude often exceeds a year, we implemented a rigorous, phased construction model. By managing the supply chain with extreme precision and utilizing our in-house team of master craftsmen—specializing in custom gold-leaf latticework and crystal chandelier integration—we completed the entire transformation in a 7-month window. This project proves that a commercial space can be reborn into a world-class dining landmark with speed, financial transparency, and uncompromising architectural quality.
