The client for this 1-Kanal project sought a complete interior overhaul to create a formal men’s majlis that could accommodate twenty guests without feeling crowded. They dedicated a realistic investment of 2,800,000 PKR to the interior fit-out, covering everything from the Italian stucco wall finishes to the custom-built low-profile sofas. While traditional woodworking and upholstery for a room of this scale often take three months to coordinate, we utilized an “Off-Site Manufacturing” model. Our carpentry team fabricated the intricate wall fluting and sofa frames in our controlled workshop while the on-site team finalized the marble flooring and smart lighting conduits. We completed the entire project—from structural ceiling modifications to the final placement of hand-woven rugs—in just 45 days. We handed over the keys two weeks early, ensuring the client was ready to host their first gathering in a space that perfectly reflects their status and hospitality.
