A key element of this dining room design is the “Triple-Layer Lighting Scheme,” featuring a central sculptural chandelier complemented by hidden cove LEDs and directional art spotlights that highlight curated pieces without overwhelming the table guests. To anchor the room, we integrated a custom-fabricated 12-seater marble-top table with a recessed brass base, ensuring the furniture feels like a structural extension of the architecture itself.

In a market where high-end dining sets and custom wall treatments often face six-month delays due to polishing inconsistencies and fabric imports, we committed to a 75-day project lifecycle. By utilizing our in-house joinery workshop to pre-fabricate the intricate paneling while the site’s false ceiling and electrical works were being synchronized, we eliminated the standard “idle time” found in most builds. We completed the entire hall—from the first coat of Italian stucco to the final calibration of the smart-dimming system—in just 60 days. We handed over the site two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the client to host their inaugural dinner much sooner than they ever anticipated.
